“Foundations” is the first in a series of apps that offer discreet, on-the-job training in the Arts of Power - strategies for acquiring, maintaining, and expanding power in the workplace. This app is inspired by Robert Greene's New York Times best-selling book, The 48 Laws of Power.

"Foundations" has been used by thousands of successful individuals worldwide since June 2011.

This system focuses on insightful and strategic approaches rather than offering simplistic solutions for quick success. It emphasizes the importance of clear understanding and strategic maneuvering in the corporate world to build sustainable power.

How it works:

Ideally, listen to one audio session during your commute as a briefing for the day ahead.
Reflect on how Greene's teachings and real-world examples apply to your situation during the session.
Each session concludes with a practical action item to help discreetly and skillfully enhance your power at work that day.

The app includes four tools:

REFLECTOR: Self-assessment tool
DOSSIER: People analysis tool
STRATEGY: Planning tool to enhance your power
PERSONA: Tool to shape a powerful and sustainable image

As you progress through the sessions, additional elements are unlocked within these tools to help you streamline your observations and strategies. Continuous refinement of existing skills and behaviors is emphasized to bolster your power base and incorporate new capabilities.
